1. identify your group's question cluster (e.g.: marketing, manufacturing, environment etc.) on page 56 - 57 and answer ALL questions in as much detail as possible.
2. you don't have to write an essay but don't leave anything out, i.e.: cover all important points and anything else you feel would contribute to the report
3. e-mail your copy to myself and/or junou BEFORE THIS SATURDAY. if you don't get this complete, severe punishment will be in order.
